Certain services may involve processing or administrative fees, which will be communicated clearly before engagement. Fees paid to Edu Bridge are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
5. Third-Party Institutions
We collaborate with Malaysian universities and colleges as authorized representatives. While we facilitate communication, all admissions and scholarships are ultimately determined by the respective institutions.
6. Visa Assistance
We assist in compiling and submitting student visa applications through EMGS (Education Malaysia Global Services). Approval of visas is solely at the discretion of Malaysian immigration authorities.
7. Limitation of Liability
Edu Bridge is not responsible for:
- University or embassy delays or denials
- Visa rejections due to personal, legal, or health-related issues
- Airline, travel, or accommodation issues
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund policies, where applicable, will be shared in advance and are subject to the policies of the respective university or service provider. Edu Bridge does not guarantee refunds from third parties.
9. Privacy and Data Use
All client data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect only essential information and do not share it with unauthorized third parties.
10. Modifications
Edu Bridge reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
